Withdrawal and refunds
Request assistance on an order
For purchases fulfilled by Paddle, use the link on the receipt or Paddle order assistance. Indicate the order and reason for the request; do not send card details.
Right of withdrawal
For EU consumers, the right of withdrawal applicable to digital purchases is normally 14 days. For digital content, the exception relating to the started supply requires the express consent required by law: it does not derive from the sole acceptance of the EULA in the installer. Mandatory rights and remedies for defects or non-compliance remain intact.
Technical problems
If the program has a problem, write to licenses@trbaudio.com indicating version, operating system, audio interface and steps to play it. Do not attach confidential recordings. If the problem is not resolved, you may request applicable remedies from Paddle.
Order rules
The conditions in force at the time of purchase apply. A refund terminates your entitlement to the refunded license.
