Product and prices

Mastering Player is an application for Windows x64. Standard includes the player; Pro adds Analysis Lab. The price is €49 for Standard and €99 for Pro, VAT included, with a single payment and without a subscription. The applicable total is shown before payment confirmation. The Standard→Pro upgrade cannot yet be purchased.

License and updates

The license is perpetual and allows two active devices. For new purchases it includes 24 months of updates and support for your edition; licenses already issued retain the previously granted deadlines. Includes updates to your edition from the date of purchase: releases published before the end of this period can be used, including those prior to purchase. Expiration of updates does not make your license temporary and does not require a renewal to continue using a release to which you are entitled. The updates and remedies required by law remain unaffected.

The offline authorization lasts up to 30 days and is renewed by a successful online check. This period is separate from both the perpetual license and the 24 months of updates.

Test

The Pro trial lasts seven consecutive days, once per device and product. It does not require an automatic purchase or become a subscription.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is managed by Paddle, retailer and Merchant of Record. The applicable selling entity, order total and terms are indicated in the checkout and receipt. Card details are managed by the payment provider and are not required by the TRB Audio licensing portal.

After payment confirmation, the license of the purchased edition is sent to the order email address. If it doesn't arrive, also check your junk mail and request assistance by indicating the order identifier. Do not send card details or the full license code.

Withdrawal and compliance

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Withdrawal and refund requests are managed through Paddle; Acceptance of the EULA in the installer does not replace any consents requested in checkout.
